The 15 areas with transfer included
Staying in one of these areas means the fare already covers being collected from your hotel and brought back, with no transfer surcharge:
Belek itself, the Kadriye hotel row and Boğazkent are on it, and so are the Side and Manavgat resorts further along the coast.
Is your hotel outside these areas? Then check with us on WhatsApp ahead of booking instead of counting on a pickup. We would rather tell you honestly what is possible than leave you waiting at the wrong door.

Two sessions and the average pickup times
The safari runs twice a day, in a morning session and an afternoon session. For six areas we publish average pickup times. They are averages for the area, not a promise for any particular hotel:
The run starts in Konyaaltı and finishes in Boğazkent, which is why the clock moves later as you go down the list. For Antalya city centre, Muratpaşa, Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot we have no average to publish; your time is set once the booking is in.
If you like a slow start to the day, the afternoon session leaves your morning free.

Your exact time comes the day before
Whichever area you are in, the precise pickup time is confirmed the day before the safari. It depends on the session you booked and on where your hotel sits within the area, so two hotels in the same resort can be collected at slightly different moments.
Make sure we can reach you that evening, by WhatsApp or by phone. If anything is unclear, ask straight away rather than on the morning itself; the chat answers in English, German, Russian and Polish.
If you change rooms or hotels during your holiday, tell us before the day so the pickup goes to the right place.
Online bookings start from tomorrow. For a same-day ride, WhatsApp is the only route, and we will tell you there whether it can be arranged.
Waiting at the main entrance
When the confirmed time comes, be ready by the hotel's main entrance, not at a side gate, a beach exit or a bus stop on the road. The transfer comes to the main entrance, and that is where we look for you.
Please do not walk out towards the road to meet the vehicle; staying at the entrance keeps the pickup quick for everyone.
Come out already dressed for the ride: clothes that are old or simply comfortable, closed shoes instead of flip-flops, and a bandana if you want something over your face. Drivers bring ID showing their age, and euros for the fare are handy, as payment is made on the day.
How long the drive to the course takes
The riding happens away from the coast, in the Aspendos countryside along the Köprüçay river, not in Belek. From the Belek area the drive is around 35–40 minutes, depending on the hotel. We have not measured the drive from the other areas, so we do not put a number on it.
What we can give you is the overall frame: about 4–4.5 hours from pickup to drop-off, with the transfer, the briefing and the test ride counted in. The return leg ends at your hotel as well, so there is nothing to organise on your side.
